Mark began his professional career as a recording artist achieving nine top twenty singles, including 'Venus in Blue Jeans' and 'Go Away Little Girl', before re-inventing himself as an actor and in the intervening forty odd years has played the lead in eight West End plays and musicals, appeared in five major Shakespearean roles, fourteen touring musicals, twenty-one plays and in pantomimes, on radio, and in television and film.

Due to the enormous success of THE UNEXPECTED GUEST in 2007, Mark was delighted to be asked to remain with the Agatha Christie Company for another year and will spend 2008 touring in another leading role as ‘Dr Armstrong' in AND THEN THERE WERE NONE

For 2007/2008 Mark is honoured to be the President of the Concert Artists Association [CAA] following in the footsteps of the good and the great including Arthur Askey, Leslie Crowther, Roy Hudd and the like.
